South Asian Heart Center Health Seminar

Are you interested on how to live a healthy life, with a good balance between nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mindfulness? Active Circle is proud to announce that we have an in person seminar about health in partnership with the South Asian Heart Center! It will take place on Saturday, September 23 @ 10AM, at the Los Altos Library's Orchard Room. We will have a speaker come in and educate the audience on a healthy lifestyle and how to maintain it. 

Speaker: Prajakta Waingankar is the Coordinator of the Heart Health Coaching Program at the South Asian Heart Center. She graduated from University of Mumbai with Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2002 and then completed a Ph.D. in Community Nutrition from University of Pune in 2013 in India.
